Baler Feed Systems

Designed to minimise staff levels when feeding two or more African Balers. We have found, during the years of our experience within the textile industry, that each baler requires two personnel (one for feeding and one for baling & strapping). However, as shown by our unique design, gravity feeding is the easiest and most cost effective solution. Not only does it reduce labour by half, it also speeds up the process considerably.

Specification

The main lift includes interlocked safety doors (to both the top & bottom). A light on the control panel indicates that the lift is parked and the door is ready to open, so that the operator can push the carts into position, close the door and send the load to the top. Operators on the platform control the number of carts on the platform; sending empty carts back down as required. Another massive advantage to the system is the additional storage space that the platform creates.
