The SRS40-LB is a dual purpose machine with the ability to produce both 55kg bales and 100kg bales.

Although the design of African baler has not changed for many years the twin box design still seems to remain a firm favorite within the textile industry. Simplicity in design with fewer moving components than other models, the SRS40-LB ensures a cost effective solution to baling with minimal maintenance required.

Fabricated from heavy duty steel sections and the highest quality components, this robust machine is designed to set new standards in the industry.

The SRS40-LB is comprised of two baling chambers, which are attached to a central pivot – the first chamber is used for loading and the second for baling. Once the baling process is complete, the boxes automatically lift clear to reveal the bale ready for strapping. Used in conjunction with feed conveyor and pneumatic strapping tool this machine can easily achieve over 20 bales per hour at 45kg to 55 kg.

Installation
No need for costly installation engineers due to the unique design the machine can be easily assembled by a competent person in less than 1 hour.
Main power electrical connection must be carried out by a qualified electrician.
