Available in 10kg – 201b, 12kg- 251b and 25kg -501b sizes, this extremely cost effective cut wiper machine is fabricated by means of standard sections.

The machine can be set using 2 different modes. In automatic mode the material is placed onto the initial dual weigh pans to be processed. The weight of bales, for example, 10 or 12kg has been pre-determined by the operator when weighing. On reaching the desired weight the material is fed onto the in-feed conveyor, this conveyor incorporates a dual set of photo electrics to hold the material in a holding area ready to feed into the baler hopper. Within the main hopper is a secondary holding area, when required the material is fed into the baler automatically and the cycle commences. At one time 5 bales pre-weighed will be within the system. The machine cycles and the bale is pushed into the ejector chamber, the next bale pushes the bale from the chamber into a bag. This cycle is complete within 18 seconds, achieving 200 bales per hour.

The baler may also be used in manual if a slower process or operator training is taking place. The process is just as above, however the operator weighing the material pushes a button once the material is weighed to signal the control system.
The operator fitting the bag also pushes a button to signal the machine that he/she is ready to receive another bale.
